How long do I have to report an issue?
24 hours from the end of your appointment. Call or text +1 (212) 812-9420(8 AM–8 PM ET, any day) or email support@apartmentcleaningservicelongislandcity.us. If you notice something at 11 PM, an email that night counts — we go by when you contact us, not when we pick up.
Does the re-clean cost anything at all?
No. The return visit is completely free — no service fee, no trip charge, no tip expected. It's the same professional standard as the original visit.
Does the guarantee apply to every type of cleaning?
Yes. Standard cleanings, deep cleans, move-in/move-out, same-day bookings, and every add-on on your checklist. If it was part of your booking, it's covered.
What if I booked a smaller checklist — is uncleaned stuff covered?
The Promise covers everything on your booked task list. If a room or add-on wasn't part of the booking, it isn't covered — but you can always adjust your checklist for next time on the booking page or ask us anything via contact us.
Do recurring clients get the same guarantee every visit?

How fast does the re-clean happen?
