How this whole thing got started
Back in 2010 a few of us were raising kids in Queens apartments that always felt one load of laundry behind. We kept hiring cleaning services that either sent a different person every visit or, worse, sent nobody at all. One Thursday, after the third cancellation in a row, we sat on a stoop in Sunnyside and made a list of every complaint we'd ever had about hiring help.
The list was long. Missed appointments. Bathtubs that still had a ring around them. Prices that doubled once someone showed up. Cleaners who spoke past you instead of with you. Nobody you could actually reach when something went wrong.
So we tried building the opposite. We hired two cleaners we'd already used and trusted, wrote the whole list of complaints on the wall behind the desk, and made a rule that we'd fix every one of them or shut down trying.
Fifteen years later we're still on that same block in Long Island City. Most of our clients found us through their neighbor, their super, or the friend one floor up. Tell us within 24 hours and we send someone back to redo whatever wasn't right, at no charge. That's our guarantee, and it applies to every booking.
Can I book same-day?

Do you clean move-outs and post-construction?
Both. Move-in / move-out cleaning is one of our top three services. Post-construction is heavier and priced separately.
